JUST IN:Teenage Boy Arrested In Third Mainland Bridge Lagos

The Lagos Rapid Response Squad (RRS) has apprehended an 18-year-old suspect, Mubarak Abdullahi, for allegedly vandalizing LED road stud lights on the newly renovated Third Mainland Bridge, Lagos State. 

The suspect reportedly removed 10 LED road stud lights, which were installed to enhance visibility for road users.

In a statement on Friday, the RRS mentioned that the suspect was caught red-handed around 10 am earlier in the day by operatives patrolling the bridge.

 The RRS Commander, CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi, had previously deployed bike riders on a 24-hour security patrol to monitor traffic and protect the infrastructure on the bridge.
