This marks the third lawsuit against her Celebration Tour for delayed performances.
Plaintiff Justen Lipeles claims the singer began her performance at 10 p.m., an hour and a half after the scheduled start time, and that the venue's heat made him physically ill as Madonna allegedly refused to allow air conditioning.
Lipeles, who bought four $500 tickets, is suing for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, unfair competition, false advertising, and emotional distress.
Previous lawsuits in January and last month also cited late start times and uncomfortable venue conditions, with Madonna and Live Nation defending themselves by attributing delays to technical difficulties.
