How My Nude Pictures Have Landed Me In Trouble- Nigerian Woman Cries Out

A young woman from Lagos, who wishes to remain anonymous, recounts her traumatic experience of falling victim to a malicious act of revenge pornography.

The woman revealed  that she engaged in a video call last year, wherein she appeared unclothed, with an individual whom she claims she had never met in person nor engaged in physical intimacy with.

 Unbeknownst to her, the individual clandestinely captured screenshots of her vulnerable state.

Following a fallout between the two, the perpetrator threatened to publicly disseminate the compromising images, leaving the woman in a state of anguish and desperation. 

Seeking solace and assistance, she confided in her elder brother, where both parties pleaded for the deletion of the illicit materials.

 Assurances were made by the perpetrator, claiming the images had been erased.

However, the torment resurfaced when the perpetrator, allegedly the woman's former acquaintance, revisited his family home, which coincidentally was where the woman resided. 

Attempting to reconcile, the perpetrator purportedly extended advances towards the woman, which were rebuffed.

The situation took a darker turn when the woman learned that her intimate images had been circulated to others, leading to profound anguish and despair.
