BREAKING! Sowore Demands Immediate Arrest of MFM Founder, Daniel Olukoya

Pastor Femi Jimoh, identifying as a former MFM pastor, has accused the church of orchestrating his nine-year incarceration without trial on allegations of armed robbery.

Omoyele Sowore, the #RevolutionNow convener, urged the Nigeria Police Force to arrest and prosecute Daniel Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry (MFM), for allegedly using his influence to detain Jimoh without trial.

In an interview on Yoruba Gidi TV, Jimoh recounted his ordeal, claiming it began when he encountered Olukoya's chief security officer at a native doctor's house. Jimoh alleged he was subsequently beaten, shot in the leg by a police officer, and pressured by Olukoya to plead guilty in court.

Sowore, via social media, called for a national inquiry into police abuse, highlighting the alleged collusion between MFM leadership and law enforcement.

He stressed that these acts of injustice must be addressed, citing his own negative experiences with the church's security measures.

Jimoh's accusations include severe mistreatment by police, wrongful charges of serious crimes, and prolonged detention without trial.

He insists his allegations are truthful and calls for accountability from those involved in his suffering.
